We were asked to take part in Godiva's Easter Campaign, using London's iconic Covent Garden as their venue.
During this brand activation, they offered the chance to get a range of discounts and freebies to those who could find the elusive golden ball in one of our Giant Snow Globes. Whilst this may sound easy, when amongst hundreds of multicoloured balls, this can be tricky - especially under time pressure and when there's chocolate at stake.
The event was featured in The Telegraph, and was a social media hit!
The NFL shutdown London's Regent Street for a day of interactive games, activities and entertainment to celebrate the Saints vs Dolphins game being held at Wembley Stadium - definitely an occasion to be celebrated!
Our Mobile Climbing Wall was installed in the infamous street, amongst many other games, encouraging participants of all ages to have a go! The event created an incomparable atmosphere, filling the streets with cheer - different to Regent Street's usual hustle and bustle.
To announce the new partnership of Powder White and British Airways, we were involved in making the announcement photoshoot a roaring success.
Powder White was chosen as British Airways' exclusive ski holiday partner, so what better way than to get an Inflatable Snow Globe on the runway?
It felt like the perfect choice for the collaboration - they had models pose inside one of our Giant Snow Globes with skis, which complimented the snowy cabin scene on the globe backdrop!
In 2018, we headed to Shoreditch, London to provide branded equipment, including a branded Ice Cream Bike for Strongbow's Dark Fruit Summer campaign.
Strongbow superfans queued up to get a free tattoo of the Strongbow logo, adorned by a dark fruit-themed decor. Star tattooist Alice Perrin, from "Tattoo Fixers" played a large part in the project, designing a range of artworks and providing free tattoos to the many attendees.
As part of the same campaign, we were commissioned to provide branded kit for another Strongbow pop-up event. This brand activation was held in Manchester where the cider brand introduced the Strongbow Dark Fruit Cakery, featuring freshly baked dark fruit-flavoured treats and ice cream.
Superfans of the beverage were offered an array of treats, including an interactive doughnut bar, where you could fill your own doughnut with Strongbow dark fruit flavoured jam, alongside other cakes and treats.
Proceeds of this brand activation were donated to local Manchester charities.
To celebrate the launch of their Christmas "Snow Globe Wonderland" collection, Yankee Candle came to us for help to bring their new product to life with our Inflatable Snow Globes for pop-up brand activations across the country.
Spanning across eight of the UK's most prolific shopping centres, we installed Yankee Candle-branded Snow Globes, and helped create an engaging product activation to celebrate the new festive product line. We created a real buzz about the activation around the shopping centres, receiving a great response from the public. Children and adults alike were keen to take part and have their photo taken inside the globe!
Participants were also given the chance to win Yankee Candle products and discounts in-store. This helped to create footfall from the brand activation stand to the retail stores inside the shopping centre.
Bridgestone commissioned us for their "Chase Your Dream, No Matter What" campaign. We were tasked to recreate the feeling of diving from a 10m board with Gold Medallist and Commonwealth diver Chris Mears.
This brand activation was held at the PGA Tour where our team undertook the whole event management side of the activation. We supplied Bridgestone a completely blacked out 20m x 20m marquee and had this professionally lit to create an element of fear and suspense within the event space.
Participants had to climb a flight of stairs in a low-level-lighting tower where they were met by one of our jump masters. The jump master talked them through the safety briefing, the participants were then tasked with walking backwards through a curtain, to the edge of the platform. Once they had reached the edge, they completed a trust-fall through smoke into complete darkness.
Bridgestone teamed up with Olympic gold medalist Daley Thompson, marking the Olympian's sixtieth birthday, to encourage people to keep moving and chasing their dreams, whatever their age, abilities and passions. We were tasked with setting up the event and surrounding area, with gym-equipment, music, large screens for spectators and branded materials on behalf of Bridgestone.
For one day only, guests could head over to Southbank, London to take part in a gym session alongside Daley in a workout that he designed himself, bespoke to the event.
Sony held an exciting launch event for their newest phone, the Sony Xperia. To celebrate the phone's excellent camera quality, they wanted a unique photo opportunity to test the camera's ability. We provided an Inflatable Snow Globe for guests to pose inside of and have their picture taken.
As part of Wainwright's sponsorship of Men's Health Magazine's "Survival of the Fittest" Challenge, we provided a branded Climbing Wall. This also included branded barriers, drop-down banners, feather flags, event staff uniforms and leaderboards.
The campaign hashtag was themed around their hashtag #FindYourMountain, an ode to the inspiration behind their brand - Alfred Wainwright. Alfred Wainwright was the first person to climb and map all of the mountains in the Lake District, so our Climbing Wall was the perfect product for their brand activation.
Participants were challenged to climb the wall as quickly as possible, competing to win the ultimate prize - free beer for a year! The times were tracked onto a branded leaderboard throughout the day, which added a competitive element.
In October 2016, American Airlines were the main sponsor for Empire Live's double bill premieres for Daniel Radcliffe's newest films - that were coincidentally premiering on the same night. The casts of both Swiss Army Man and Imperium were in attendance, along with Mr Radcliffe.
We were asked by American Airlines to provide branded Ice Cream Bikes and ice cream for guests to enjoy whilst watching the films. We had to provide 2 identical bikes, as one film was showing on one screen, and the other film was on next door.
